Input Calculation Mode

Four input modes are available

L.Dia, S.Dia and Frustum Height (default)

L.Dia, S.Dia and Peak Height

L.Dia, S.Dia and Peak Angle

L.Dia, S.Dia and Transition Length

1. Large Diameter

 

Enter: Large Diameter Center Line

 

F6= / 25.4, F7= x 25.4

Rollback: F5= Current, Ctl+F5= All

2. Small Diameter

(Note: Use NOT less than thickness)

Enter: Small Diameter Center Line

 

F6= / 25.4, F7= x 25.4

Rollback: F5= Current, Ctl+F5= All

3. Frustum Height

(Note: Use NOT less than thickness)

Enter: Frustum Height Center Line

 

F6= / 25.4, F7= x 25.4

4. Peak Height

(Note: Only available when mode selected)

Enter: Peak Height Center Line

5. Peak Angle

(Note: Only available when mode selected)

Enter: Peak Angle Center Lines

6. Transition Length

7. Number Of Segments

 

Enter: Number Of Segments Required

 

Rollback: F5= Current, Ctl+F5= All

8. Section Angle

 

Enter: Partial Cone Section Angle

Used For Replacing A Worn Section

For Example A Chute Liner

 

Rollback: F5= Current, Ctl+F5= All

9. Material Thickness

 

Enter: Material Thickness

This Is Only Used For Weight Calculations

Enter Gauge Sizes With A 'g' Suffix

 

F6= / 25.4, F7= x 25.4

10. Material Unit Weight   (Variant text)

(Note: If input Inches)

Enter: Material Unit Weight, lbs / Sq.Ft.

 

F8= 40.80 lbs / Sq.Ft. / 1"

Rollback: F5= Current, Ctl+F5= All

11. Lead In Distance

(Note: Set 0 for manual layout)

Enter: CNC Lead In Distance

 

F6= / 25.4, F7= x 25.4

12. Break Allowance

(Note: Cut off after forming)

Enter: Segment Break Allowance

This Is Added To The Segment Blank

And Included In The Blank Weight

11. Segment Border

(Note: Set 0 for manual layout)
